Metamask, by default, is designed for ERC20 cryptocurrencies of the Ethereum chain. To be able to send, receive, and store your BEP20 cryptocurrencies such as Eda Coin in Metamask, you will need to add BNB Smart Chain (BSC) to your Metamask wallet.
