To list your product or service for sale on the EdaFace Mall, you will need to do three simple activities:

First Activity: Open an EdaFace Account.

To be able to sell on EdaFace Mall, you will need to first set up an EdaFace Account.

Note that you do not need to pay any money to open and set up an account; EdaFace offers free accounts for its users.

Second Activity: Register as a Seller on EdaFace Mall.

After setting up an EdaFace Account, you can now Register as a Seller on EdaFace Mall. Note that the Registration is free.

Third Activity: List Your Product for Sale.

After Registering as a Seller on EdaFace Mall, you can now list your product for sale by taking the following simple steps:

1st Step: Login to Your EdaFace Account

With your registration details (email address and password), login to your EdaFace Account if you have earlier signed out after registering.

2nd Step: Login to Your Sellers Account.

Next step is to Login to Your Sellers Account by clicking on the button “Seller Login,” which can be found in the page footer.

You can also login to your Seller Account by clicking on the “Become Seller” button at the top of the page, and then scroll down to see “Already have an Account? Login.”

3rd Step: Insert your Seller Account’s email address and password.

Note that the email address you used to open an EdaFace Account may not necessarily be the one you used to open the Seller Account. Therefore, be sure to use the correct email address you used to open the Seller Account.

On the other hand, the Password for your EdaFace Account is the same as the Password for your Seller Account.

Rember to keep your password private and secure, and you can easily change your password form the Profile area of your EdaFace Account.

4th Step: Click on Manage Products.

Once you login to your Seller Account, you will be taken to the Dashboard of your Account. Click on “Manage Products” in the menu.

5th Step: Click on Product Create.

When you click on “Product Create,” a page will open.

Fill in the following details on the page:

(a). Upload Thumbnail Image

This is the picture of the product you want to list for sale.

(b). Short Name

This is a descriptive name that does not appear to the buyers but only to you, the seller. It is what will help you to identify your product from other products that may have similar names.

(c). Name

This is the name of the product that will appear to buyers in the frontend of your shop.

(d). Slug

This refers to the URL (the link) which buyers can click on to view your product.

By default, EdaFace Mall system generates the slug for your product from the name of the product. You can delete the generated automated slug and type in the URL that you want.

(e). Category

Category refers to the Plazas of EdaFace Mall.

You will need to select which category (Plaza) you want to list your product.

It is better to list your product in its relevant category for proper exposure to the relevant audience. For instance, if you are selling a computer, you can list it on the Electronic Plaza. If you list the computer on the Book Plaza, the chances are that your product may not be exposed to the relevant prospective buyers.

Note that you can select Sub-Category, Child Category, Brand, SKU, etc., if any of them are relevant for your product. Leave them blank if they are not necessary.

(f). Insert the Price

Type in the Price of your product.

The price you typed in should be in US Dollar, e.g. 20 for a price of 20 US Dollars. DO not enter the dollar symbol.

Once you list the product for sale, the cryptocurrency price will automatically be generated by EdaFace Mall System so that the buyer will see both the dollar price and the equivalent cryptocurrency price.

Note that the cryptocurrency Price is that of EDA Coin (abbreviated EDA), the native utility of EdaFace Ecosystem.

If you are offering a discount on the product sale, enter the discounted price on the "Offer Price."

(g). Stock Quantity

Type in the number of stock of the product that is available for sale.

(h). Weight

Type in the weight of your product. This is important for determining the shipping costs for the buyer.

(i). Short Description

Give a short description of your product. EdaFace Mall System does not limit the number of words you can use.

However, about 9 to 20 words make the short description look quite professional. Longer or shorter words than this number are not quite attractive.

(j). Long Description

Type in a detailed description of your product. To appear quite professional, let the descriptive words be concise, articulate, and relevant to the product and written in simple language. Avoid confusing, irrelevant, verbose words.

(k). Highlight

This involves selecting where you want your product to be highlighted, e.g. Top Product, New Arrival, Best Product, and Featured Product.

Note that Highlight is not compulsory; you may choose to ignore this area.

(l). SEO Title and SEO Description

This is for search engine optimisation ranking; the higher your product SEO ranking, the more discoverable it is by buyers.

However, note that SEO Title and SEO Description are not compulsory; you may choose to ignore these areas.

(m). Specifications

If you would like your phone number to be visible to buyers, enable the specification button and enter your phone number.

(n). Save

It takes about 2 to 5 minutes to complete these details.

Once you have entered all the above details, click on “Save.”
