The EdaFace Team is the driving engine behind EdaFace Ecosystem. The Team is made up of vibrant young experts and technocrats from across Africa, Asia, and Europe. The Team has a combined 56 years of crypto experience and blockchain expertise.

This is to assure the public of the commitment of the EdaFace Team to live by the company’s core values in the pursuit of its vision.

In line with its Core Values and its resolute position against all forms of scams, EdaFace takes identity verification and documentation very seriously.

As such, the EdaFace Board of Managers did an official Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, which has been carried out by Cyberscope, one of the top globally ranked audit firms in the blockchain industry.

3.0. The Three Levels of EdaFace Team

EdaFace Team is structured into three functional levels, which are:

● Board of Managers

● EdaFace Admins

● Board of Advisors

(a). Board of Managers

The Board of Managers (BOM) is the managerial body responsible for promoting, protecting, and preserving the vision of EdaFace. It is the highest decision-making body of EdaFace.

(b). EdaFace Admins

These are EdaFace personnel who run the five Departments of EdaFace. Each Department is headed by an HOD.

The 5 Departments of EdaFace are:

(i). Chief Executive Department

(ii). Department of Finance

(iii). Department of Logistics

(iv). Department of Marketing

(v). EdaFace Labs

(c). Board of Advisors

The Board of Advisors is made up of credible personalities with a burning passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology,  and artificial intelligence. They believe that the decentralized nature of cryptocurrencies is a tool to right injustices and economic inequalities.

As a member of the Board of Advisors, the personnel utilizes his skills, influence, powers, and training to further the interest and growth of EDA Pty Ltd and its products.

The Board of Advisors is advisory, and the final decision and necessary actions rest on the Board of Managers.

4.0. EdaFace Team's Benefits

EdaFace Team was founded by the voluntary association of members. To incentivize these Team members to keep rendering their sacrifices and drive for the continuous promotion of the products of EDA Pty Ltd, ten percent (10%) of Eda Coin has been allocated to the entire Team.

However, Team members understandably agreed that their Eda Coin allotment would be locked from trading circulation for 36 months to allow the coin and its utilities to grow and mature.

This measure is also a way of building trust and confidence in the Team within the rapidly growing EdaFace communities.
